Utilization of Breed Chicken Eggshells for Biodiesel Preparation from Waste Cooking Oil

Chicken eggshell waste is a promising source of CaO which can be converted into heterogeneous catalyst materials. The purpose this study was to utilize derived from breed chicken produce biodiesel cooking oil through the transesterification process. A total 4 g material mixed with 200 and 60 methanol, then mixture stirred at speed 700 rpm for 6 h ± 40C. produced analyzed using GC-MS elucidate various methyl ester compounds. found have density 855 kg/m3, viscosity 3.74 mm2/s (cSt), flash point 135 0C. Based on these results, it concluded that eggshells are potential sources preparation oil. This finding very useful further optimization mass catalysts including commercial production biodiesel.
